Ellen Mao – Partner
Ellen is a fully qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years’ of tax experience. Ellen has worked for the IRD where she specializes in Tax Review. During her time with IRD, Ellen has made some significant input to the government’s tax reform. She has also worked in a large international accounting firm as Senior Tax Advisor advising on a wide range of tax matters to both New Zealand and international companies.
Ellen also commands strength in tax audit and dispute process. Her experience in tax planning, tax return preparation, IRD audit, debt remission, and shortfall penalty regimes will help clients to manage their businesses and tax affairs effectively.
We are Xero and MYOB Accountants and Partners, that means we work with Xero and MYOB regularly every day.
